It’s easy to stay motivated when your friends and colleagues continuously raise the bar and inspire – both in front of camera with incredible performances and behind the scenes with innovative approaches to action design

How do you stay motivated in a challenging industry that is constantly changing?

It’s impossible to not be motivated in this business with so many creative avenues, both in front and behind the camera.  None of us stay in the business if we don’t love the community that we work with, so I surround myself with the most positive people I can.

How do you stay motivated in a challenging industry that is constantly changing?

I was inspired to pursue a career in the film industry by my mother, Lillian Lim, who is a pharmacist turned dentist turned actor at the age of 62.  She showed me that you are never too old to try something new.  I love training and learning new skills with my fiancé, Ken Do, who keeps me motivated in this challenging and ever changing industry.

How do you stay motivated in a challenging industry that is constantly changing?

I find my motivation in beautiful people around me who support me and believe in me like Brett Chan and Andrew Chin and the whole KungFu family.
Nomadstunts team inspired me to become a stunt performer. Still remember their life stunt show I saw for the first time.

How do you stay motivated in a challenging industry that is constantly changing?

Film and TV is a growing industry and has it’s unique challenges, but the supportive community of stunt people  always keeps me grounded and inspired. I always loved Jet Li and Jackie Chan movies growing up, with their dynamic martial arts fights and action performances.
