In order to apply for Full Membership, please submit the documents listed below to membership@ubcpactra.ca
 | The completed and signed Full Member Application Form |
 | Proof of at least three qualifying credits (your 1st credit may be an Acting Credit, an Education Credit or 1600 hours / 200 days of work as Background member; 2nd and subsequent credits must be Acting Credits) |
 | Proof of Canadian citizenship or Permanent Residency Status (accepted documents are: Passport, Birth Certificate, Certificate of Indian Status Card, Citizenship Card or Permanent Resident Card) |
 | Payment* of the Initiation Fee and the Full Member Annual Dues (we’ll contact you after we have reviewed your documents) |
