- If you are reporting an injury or critical illness not related to work, please contact your benefits provider, MBT or AFBS as soon as possible.
- If you have been injured at work, and you are starting a WorkSafeBC claim, it is advisable to contact your insurance provider (MBT or AFBS) to inform them of your situation and perhaps start up a ‘back up claim’ as soon as possible.
