I want to apply as a Background Member
In order to apply for Background Membership, please submit the documents listed below to membership@ubcpactra.ca
 | The completed and signed Background Member Application Form |
 | Proof of 15 days of work as a Background Performer in the last 12 months, in Union productions (Background vouchers, paystubs or payroll work history1). Please note that Covid test days, wardrobe days, and fittings do not count as days of work and are not eligible to be used towards membership |
 | Proof of Canadian citizenship or Permanent Residency Status (accepted documents are: Passport, Birth Certificate, Certificate of Indian Status Card, Citizenship Card or Permanent Resident Card) |
 | Payment* of the Annual Dues (we’ll contact you after we have reviewed your documents) |
