In order to apply for Apprentice Membership, please submit the documents listed below to membership@ubcpactra.ca
 | The completed and signed Apprentice Membership Application Form |
 | Proof of at least one qualifying credit |
 | Proof of Canadian citizenship or Permanent Residency Status (accepted documents are: Passport, Birth Certificate, Certificate of Indian Status Card, Citizenship Card or Permanent Resident Card) |
 | Payment* of the Apprentice Annual Dues (we’ll contact you after we have reviewed your documents) |
